November – This is an exciting month. The county will be taking bids on the first of the Stabilization of the Courthouse project. These bids will be for installing heat and air-conditioning systems. The engineer has designed three units to be installed – one for the left 1st floor wing, a second one for the rest of the 1st floor and a third one for the 2nd floor. Bids are to be submitted by November 18th.
